Acceptable Use Policy

Standards for responsible use of AapkaTrade systems, forms, training, and resources.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not submit false or misleading information; infringe intellectual property; upload malicious code; scrape or disrupt systems; harass others; make unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or guaranteed-income claims; or use AapkaTrade resources for spam.

Responsible representation

Participants must accurately describe their identity, role, capabilities, products, services, certifications, relationships, and authority. Growth Ambassadors must never present themselves as employees, government representatives, or authorized contracting agents unless expressly documented.

Enforcement

We may restrict access, reject or suspend applications, remove content, investigate concerns, preserve evidence, or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary.
