Website use

You may use this website only for lawful informational, enquiry, registration, and program-related purposes. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organization.

No guaranteed outcomes

AapkaTrade provides training, assessment, preparation, and market-development support. Website use, registration, training, or certification does not guarantee selection, sales, contracts, export approvals, funding, buyer interest, or acceptance by a marketplace or third party.

Approved fees and payment

A payment request is issued only after the relevant application or registration has been reviewed and approved. The payable amount, purpose and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Completing payment does not by itself grant training access, certification, Growth Ambassador activation, employment, income, buyers, contracts or business results.

AapkaTrade internship applicants are not required to pay an application, selection or training fee. Any message requesting such payment for an internship should be reported to connect@aapkatrade.com.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, training materials, frameworks, designs, and resources are owned by or licensed to Comfortzone Aapka Trade Private Limited. They may not be copied, resold, misrepresented, or commercially reused without written permission.

Changes and governing terms

We may update the website, programs, eligibility requirements, and these terms. Material service arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.
